If you can view your claim(s) in your account:

Select a claim and click "Proof of Claim PDF" in the top right corner.

If your claim(s) are not in your account:

Follow the steps in this article if you don't know the claims agent for your case.

If you do know, do the following:

Go to claims/claims search (sometimes called claims docket, not to be confused with the court docket) and search the creditor name, it could be your company name, your name, etc. Select your claim and look for a pdf button or a number/name with a hyperlink.
