After you accept an Offer, you need only sign the Transfer Documents (it's easy to sign electronically on XCLAIM) and submit your Payment Contact Information to the Buyer using the designated dialogue box on XCLAIM. Buyers generally pay by wire transfer, either same-day or within one business day. If you prefer a check, Buyers can arrange for 1 or 2-day delivery.
