"Pending is the status assigned to a Claim for which an Offer has been accepted by the Claim owner. When you accept an Offer, your Claim is removed from the XCLAIM Marketplace so that it is no longer available to receive new Offers. Additionally, any other Offers that had been extended for the same Claim from other Buyers are automatically Rejected.

After Accepting a Buyer's Offer, if at any point during the transaction the sale is canceled for any reason, by either party, your Claim will re-enter the XCLAIM Marketplace. At that point, other Buyers may view and place an Offer on your Claim".
