Why haven't I received my password reset email?
- Make sure you've registered
- One common reason to not receive the email is because we don't have an account with that email.
- Search your email
- Try searching "XCLAIM" across all of your folders/inboxes. The email might have gone to spam, junk, or another folder depending on your filtering rules.
