How do I unfollow a Case I am no longer interested in?
From the Marketplace Overview Page
Steps to unfollow a Case:
1. Go to the Marketplace Overview page
2. In the list of Debtors, identify a Case you would like to unfollow
3. Click the "Following" button in order to stop following the selected Case
4. Once unfollowed, you will no longer receive email alerts for the Case
5. You can repeat these steps for other Cases you are interested in unfollowing
From a Case Details Page
Steps to unfollow a Case:
1. From the Marketplace Overview page, click on a particular Case to go to the Case Details page
2. While on the Case Details page, locate the "Following" button in the top-right corner
3. Click the "Following" button in order to stop following this Case
4. Once unfollowed, you will no longer receive email alerts for the Case
5. You can repeat these steps for other Cases you are interested in unfollowing
From a Followed Case Email Alert
Steps to unfollow a Case:
1. In your email inbox, locate the XCLAIM email alert you received from a Case you are following
2. In the footer of the email, click on the "Unfollow" link
3. After clicking on the link, you will be directed to the XCLAIM Marketplace
4. If you are not signed in, you will need to sign in first
5. If you are already signed in, you will be directed automatically to the Case Details page for the Case you want to unfollow
6. Once arrived on the Case Details page, you will receive confirmation that you are no longer following this Case
