How do I remove a bookmark for a Claim I am no longer interested in?
From the Case Details Page
Steps to remove a bookmark on a Claim:
1. While on the Case Details page, locate a bookmarked Claim you are no interested in
2. Click the bookmark icon on the same row as the bookmarked Claim
3. Once clicked, the bookmark icon will no longer be highlighted on the Claim
4. You can repeat these steps for other Claims you want to remove bookmarks for
From the Claim Details Page
Steps to remove a bookmark on a Claim:
1. While on the Case Details page, click on a particular Claim to go to the Claim Details page
2. While on the Claim Details page, locate the "Bookmark" button in the top-right corner
3. Click the "Un bookmark" button
4. Once clicked, the bookmark button will no longer be highlighted on this Claim
5. You can repeat these steps for other Claims you want to remove bookmarks for
