Yellow Corp files October monthly operating reports; receives approval of disclosure statement
Yellow Corp ended the month with $340M in cash. The Debtors had a net cash spend of about $8.2M and earned approximately $2.7M in interest on their cash. The Debtors continue to be non-operating businesses. In addition, the debtor objected to billions of “CARES Act claims” filed by unions for future wages and the court entered an order approving their disclosure statement.

Yellow Corp files second amended Chapter 11 plan and disclosure statement
The Debtors filed a second amended plan with updated recoveries. After the court's rejection of the disallowance of the MEPP claims, the current plan includes projections based on their current filed amount and based on a reduction of the claims. Currently all unsecured claims, other than convenience class claims, will recover 0%, except for claims against YRC Inc. In the event MEPP claims are allowed at their filed amount, YRC Inc GUC claims are projected to recover 6.3%-24.2%. If the MEPP claims are reduced to 50% of their filed amount, recovery would increase to 10.7% - 38.3%.
